Roland Garros: the site of the Paris 2024 Olympics
Rolland Garros for the 2024 Olympics
An iconic venue in the world of the little yellow ball, Roland-Garros will be the setting for tennis and boxing events during the Paris 2024 Olympic (27 July to 10 August 2024) and Paralympic (30 August to 7 September 2024) Games.
A historic site
Located on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne, close to the Parc des Princes, Roland-Garros hosts one of the four Grand Slam tournaments every year. Over the years, the stadium has undergone several expansions and modernisations to rival the other stadiums used for these famous tournaments.
With a current surface area of 12 hectares, Roland-Garros has 18 clay courts. The most famous of these, Court Philippe-Chatrier, has a capacity of 14,962 spectators.
A privileged location
Located close to other Olympic venues such as the Parc des Princes and the Eiffel Tower Stadium, as well as tourist sites such as the Louis Vuitton Foundation and the Jardin d'Acclimatation, Roland-Garros offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the best sporting events while discovering the wonders of Paris.
